Excellent customer service, but I can’t recommend the product
There’s a huge gap between the instagram ads and the reality. The product arrived in just a bag, the material isn’t particularly nice to touch and very thin. The fit isn’t as smooth as it should be. I’ve bought the medium and it still had excess bumpy material… and I don’t have a small head! On the plus side, Marielle from lift down reached out and helped with a refund - great customer service very friendly… but I’m sorry I can’t recommend the product. I can only assume that worldwide orders are fulfilled by a different manufacturer - else I can’t explain why so many other reviews are raving about them.
