Yummy farm fresh meat.
Delivered quickly, packed careful, so far the meats we have tried have been very tasty. Husband thinks they have a bit too much fat but the marbling is what gives it flavor and helps keep it tender in my opinion so I just tell him to cut his fat off and give that to the dogs (they love the trimmings).
