I signed up to be a dog caregiver through Wag. I paid $40 for the background check which cleared. It's now been over a month of going back and forth with customer service and "technical support" yet there is no resolution to their inability to activate my account to use. Total ripoff, scam, whatever you want to call it. You cannot charge people money for a background check and then have no urgency to fix technical issues on THEIR end. I'm smart, very technically literate. Did all the things they said to get the app working but none of it worked. It has been a giant waste of time and I recommend everyone just go to Rover because it's much easier, much better customer service, and they actually respond to your issues (if there actually are any, which I haven't had with them).
