I strongly advise EVERYONE to avoid Farera! This is an absolute nightmare of a company. I purchased a Wizz Air flight through their platform, and they registered my booking using a proxy/fake email address, completely locking me out of my own flight management.I urgently need to make a passenger name change. Not only did Farera completely ignore my formal requests, but they also provided a customer support phone number that is COMPLETELY FAKE AND DOES NOT EVEN WORK! They take your money and then completely abandon you, blocking you from accessing the airline services you legally paid for.This is a clear violation of EU consumer protection laws (unfair commercial practices and denial of service). I am currently initiating a forced Chargeback procedure through my bank to recover my money for fraud, and I am filing an official complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC). If someone from Farera management is reading this and wants this review removed, contact me IMMEDIATELY to unlock my Wizz Air booking reference JTICFE and process my name change. Otherwise, see you in court and through banking disputes!
