I ordered two tower fans from Walmart
I ordered two tower fans from Walmart, I returned them literally the next day to the pick up area which is where i was told to return them too. The fans did not work properly and were not cooling the room at all. I called and contacted walmart customer service for over a month with no resolution. I was continuously escalated to a supervisor only to be told some one would contact me and they never did. I contacted them 7 times over a months time for my refund of $63.98. I was repeatedly told not to go into the store that they can not help new since it was a online order, To then be told in the last call to go in the store after a month. I was told several times by a person and the automated system my refund was issued on July 3rd. I still have not received my refund and was told there is nothing that they can do, so i don't have the fans or my money back.
