Thank You Jhi O & Company for Amazingly Fast Service
I'd like to personally thank Jhi O. I sent an email to the company thinking I would hear back within the week. I heard back within the half hour. I thought any response would be an AI generated response. It was not. Jhi touched upon the comments I had mentioned and expanded on asking further into the concern and validated my experience. In my case, we love our Hexclad set and we didn't want to return the entire set for 'one pan' as it would seem wasteful. Jhi took matters seriously. Jhi made it easy and amazingly timely. In no time the matter was settled. And, I was simply so happy that I was able to connect with someone from the company to resolve this matter in a timely fashion. I mean the product is on it's way to my house as we speak! I will be praising Hexclad for it's excellent customer service. I truly appreciate the trust and the value you have of your customers. As I said, we love our Hexclad products, we use ALL of our pans. Daily for most meal making, there's a pan coming out and it's what we love to use.
