Their support is actually pretty cool
Honestly as much as I felt fomo from the other 3D Printed brands, I bet on QIDI for my first CoreXY printer due to their reportedly amazing customer service; and it shows! Emma was the person I had in contact through the company's support page and overall their services were quick, responsive and even kind!
