Great customer service!
I didn’t realize I was signing up for a subscription; I thought it was a one time purchase. I have a back injury and am still in physical therapy recovering, so I’m not able to complete the exercises right now. I contact the customer service and they were able to get me a full refund! I am so appreciative of their help and kindness that I will definitely reconsider joining again once I finish physical therapy and am in a better position to complete the program.
