Terrible experience
Terrible experience, I had a claim denied for my dog. I appealed the claim after my dogs doctor wrote a letter saying the reason why spot “denied” the claim are false/incorrect medically. They still denied my claim. Sadly I think Spot is just in business for your monthly payment, not your dog’s health. They certainly don’t want to hear they are wrong from a Doctor!
