I have been denied 3 times for on a debit card fraud case by the Bluevine team. When they finally provided information after the 2nd denial it turned out that fraud was committed using Apple Pay and the transactions were done 1.5 hours away from where I live. The transactions were performed around 10 pm and later. I provided my Google Takeout log as well as screen shot of my Timeline and Maps with time stamps, yet they denied my appeal also. They refused to provide a provisional credit while taking over 60 days to conduct the investigation. I have tried escalating the matter by contacting BV support and speaking to a supervisor. I am a new customer and not use to this type of service. I will have to file a complaint with the FDIC & CFPB.
