**⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star)** I have been dealing with the same air conditioning claim through Cinch Home Services since **2023**, and it has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. Instead of resolving the issue, the claim has been repeatedly delayed, reassigned, or closed. Cinch has closed service tickets because they say a ticket cannot remain open for more than six months. Each time this happens, I must open a new claim and pay another **$100 service deductible**, even though the original repair was never completed. I have also paid significant costs out of pocket that were not covered by Cinch, including **$450** to Riverside Cooling and Heating on **July 13, 2025**, and **$400** on **September 9, 2025**, plus earlier expenses with another contractor. Most recently, my AC has been out of service since **June 11, 2026**. Cinch's assigned contractor failed to provide the documentation needed for authorization, and despite repeated calls, Cinch was unable to resolve the issue. Instead, they told me to hire my own HVAC company. I already did that once and was left paying the bill because the repair was not covered. After three years of delays, repeated deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, and unresolved repairs, I have lost confidence in Cinch Home Services. A home warranty should help customers resolve problems, not create additional costs and delays.
