I reached out to Amble Health on a Tuesday afternoon in a panic. My GLP1 provider had just informed me they were no longer able to get the supplies they needed to keep providing the shot, and it was time for my next shot and I didn't know what to do. Emma responded promptly and told me what I needed to do in order to complete my application faster so it could get over to a Dr. for approval. In the mean time, anytime I had questions or concerns I reached back out to Emma and she always responded. Today is Friday and a Dr. from Amble approved my application today and sent my order to the pharmacy. I was so excited because I have been working so hard to meet my weight goals and with the help of a GLPI I am able to do so. I had tried everything in the past and the thought of not being able to get any more shots from my provider when I'm so close had me so discouraged. Amble Health saved the day and I could not be any happier with choosing them. The app is very user friendly to navigate and their is a message thread between you and the Dr.s that you can access at anytime. Thank you for responding to my first message Emma and allowing me to succeed. I give them 5+ stars!
