The quality of the product is great, but unfortunately, much of it is ruined by the delivery method.
The quality of the product is excellent. My complaint is that 3 shipments in a row have arrived with some packages of fish being unusable because they're thawed. The first one, it was just one package that was ruined. I was promised a replacement for it in my next order. When that order arrived, that specific item was not included, and some of the packages in that box were thawed. When today's replacement-for-the-replacement box arrived (free of charge, fortunately), the whole box was thawed and unusable. The last two boxes have been very beat up, held together with tape. You need to find a better delivery service, or better packaging.
