One rep listened to me/ my legitimate concern and helped me suspend my subscription until I use all my existing bottles. Thank you! I am happy to reconnect when my current supply is used up- and explore new products you offer. I sometimes feel it’s an on-line “scam” when I get replies to “prove myself” - but then usually someone is real, and I trust you are not in the scam business! Hard to know anymore when no “brick and mortar” store. Thanks.
