Fake reviews
I am stunned to see such a fake high star number for this company. This is absolutely one of the worst insurance companies I’ve ever worked with. I regret switching over from MetLife to this company. They are a true example of a bait and switch company. I have a very healthy puppy and just went for a small scratch in her ear. They simply declined the claim pointed to some records that does not exist in the last two years. Do not trust this insurance company for your pet.
