Great Customer Service! (Return)
I unfortunately had to return a pair of Wydr shoes just because the style I chose didn’t work for my foot. It was a real bummer because the shoes were beautifully made! The customer service on returning my shoes was very clear, detailed, and they were very open to feedback about why I needed to return their product. They provided quick and clear communication during every point of the return process. Even though one specific shoe style didn’t work for my feet, I feel at ease to try other products because their customer service and return process was so detailed and easy!
