Extremely poor experience
Extremely poor experience. I sent a USDC payment over Polygon and the transaction was successfully confirmed on-chain, but my purchase was never credited. Support has repeatedly told me they are “waiting on their payment processor” while providing no meaningful update, resolution, or timeframe. At this point I would strongly caution anyone considering using Gold Machine. A confirmed crypto transaction should not disappear into a customer-service black hole.
