Customer Service Princess
The value was great and the site was easy to use however when I called to ask about free shipping to Alaska (Just making sure I wasn't missing anything) as I was well over the free shipping minimum, the customer service dude acted like I was on a different planet and OBVIOUSLY it was not free shipping. No worries, just don't be a princess about it.
