Had to switch from physical sim from android to esim on iphone
John from customer service was fantastic. He helped me switch from a physical SIM to an eSIM, and the transition was seamless. My only complaint is that I couldn't use my wallet's referral balance to cover the SIM transfer fee. Besides that minor issue, I am very satisfied with the support I received.
