Bait and switch
Bait and switch. Advertised beautifull pricey dress and what shipped was laughable. (Almost as if they took a picture of the dress and printed it on fabric. They made the return process such that I would have to bear all the return cost to China for a fraction of the cost to be reinstated on my PayPal account, and then they never issued the partial refund after following up with them for months.
