The support team is awful
The support team is awful! I contacted them multiple times for help choosing a color and fabric, as well as with measuring, but I never received a response. I ended up purchasing almost every sample they offered so I could compare the different fabrics myself. The curtains I ultimately purchased look great, with one exception: the ends turn outward, making the lining visible. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase, but don’t rely on their support team if you need help. You’ll likely have to figure it out on your own.
