The team at paylater travel are.. GREAT!
The team at paylater travel are amazing. You can rest assured that whatever issue you raise will be taken care of and very promptly as well. I had an issue with a refund because my bank. The team kept me up to date and reassured through the whole process. Jonathan and Katherine were lovely and provided great support throughout the whole case. 10/10 customer service. There are a lot of companies out there that don’t really care for the customer but I can hand on heart say you will be well looked after through pay later travel. Thank you to the entire team!
