I had some issues with a set of hexclad pans we had been given as a wedding gift. Upon learning they had a lifetime warranty, I reached out to support. I was met with a very professional and helpful employee named Amr Atef who helped me along. The process was pretty simple, answered a few questions and submitted some photos. Amr had the replacements processed and shipped within a hour or so of contacting them. Very easy process and great customer service in a world that its becoming hard to find.
