after using them for several months and loving them, my business evolved no longer needing their services. after cancelling they contiued to charge me $239/mo so I attempted to delete my account. they said I'm not currently able to. I attempted to delete my payment method. they said "it's not allowed" after nearly 2 hrs of customer service chat there's still no solution to cancel as they say "it must be done on my end" so in short - great service... until you need to cancel one day. then you're stuck
