Unwanted monthly charges and zero customer support - Avoid
I started using Convert2 believing I was signing up for a free trial. To my shock, I later discovered they had been charging my account approximately €50 every month. By the time I noticed, I had already been billed 3 times without my explicit consent. To make matters worse, I am now completely locked out of my account. I attempted to log in to cancel, but I am not receiving any OTP (One-Time Password) codes. I also tried using the "Forgot Password" feature multiple times, but no emails ever arrive. I have reached out directly to their contact email address to request a full refund and account cancellation, but I have received absolutely no response. Terrible experience and non-existent customer support. Save your money and stay away!
