I purchased two Filterbaby Skincare Filter 2.0 filters. At first I had trouble installing them because none of the adapters seemed to fit my bathroom faucets. I contacted Filterbaby for help and Riva was wonderful. She responded quickly, asked for photos and measurements, and took the time to help me figure out exactly what was going on instead of just telling me to return the product. I was ultimately able to get the A10 adapter to fit after removing the rubber washer, and the filter is now installed and working properly. I really appreciate having a company that actually provides real installation support when something doesn’t go as expected.
