John A handled my warranty replacement request. He made it very easy for me and was very prompt and courteous with replies and next steps. He was the epitome of customer service excellence! I am very impressed w/ the ease in which my warranty replacement request was handled and I don't even have to find a box and drive to UPS and pay for a return!
