Figures are great - the added-on costs are not...
I'm definitely happy with the figures I've purchased from Sideshow, and they are well packaged and arrive in good order. Notifications of impending orders shipping are appreciated, though once they leave the warehouse I have no idea of their whereabouts as I never receive tracking numbers. What's less great is that Sideshow won't combine orders for shipping, even when they're available at the same time. As an overseas customer, I am thus forced to pay double shipping costs to Australia which is extremely costly these days. I've also never understood why, as an overseas customer, I'm charged Californian sales tax on top of the cost of the figure - not to mention the extra tariffs courtesy of the orange chimpanzee. Both these things make buying from Sideshow an increasingly expensive proposition, which is a shame.
