The most terrible tour company
The most terrible tour company. DO NO BOOK!!! When we booked the tour, we were told We don’t have to pre-pay any activities. The activities such as Maligne Lake Cruise and Banff Gondola can be paid in CASH at the time of the tour. However, at tour we asked the tour guide to get us on the Banff Gondola, the tour guide said there is no availability. All activities are fully booked. I called the company right away, but the office representative said it the tour guide’s job to buy me the ticket…. And the tour guide pushed us to call the company to complain about this. Also, we have a different tour guide everyday. We were “sold” to different companies each day. Therefore, the first day’s tour guide knows nothing about the second- and third-days tour guide. There is no communication in between companies. They don’t understand why Tour4fun would tell us paid cash at the tour for activities. Bottom line, DO NOT pay for this unprofessional customer service and this mass up tour.
