From frustration to fix with Patrick
I'll start by saying this was a very frustrating process, but once Patrick got involved and he figured out exactly where the process was failing me, he kicked a quick email back to me with instructions that took less than one minute to perform and the activation worked! He is awesome!! Mike Turner
