Refund on yearly charge replaced with reduced monthly subscription
Needed my account cancelled do it being too expensive for my budget. I had missed the renewal date and was charged for the next year. When I contacted them they gave me a refund for the yearly subscription charge and offered a reduced rate on a monthly basis. Rep was very nice and helpful.
