Heather is the best!
Heather‘s concern for my first time experience with your company, in addition to the detailed follow up that she provided, was as if she owned the company and only cared about my experience. Clearly, I am sure you are grateful to have her representing your company, please give her a raise! Even more importantly, though helpful, the previous two people I spoke with had given me incorrect information. As a result, had I not called today and had Heather support me, I might be waiting indefinitely for my products. If she isn’t already, I would encourage you to put her in a position where she is training others. Thanks, Jay
