AMAZING
My experience was fantastic and the one and only contributing factor to that experience was the representative I was speaking with on the other end of the phone. His name is Rayshawn. I am 68 years old, I’ve had over 40 years of Customer Service experience, and I have never experienced such a knowledgeable, professional and caring representative other than Rayshawn. He calmed my fears about the future, answered all of my questions, and he was extremely patient. He reassured me of everything I had questions about. You don’t come across too many representatives like Rayshawn, and that makes him extremely valuable. I would not mind working with him going forward. Give Rayshawn 20 stars from me.
