Do not go near this company. I do not recall knowingly signing up for a paid Skyfluence subscription. If I registered at all, it would only have been for the one-week trial. I have never used the service and, even now, I barely know what the product is. Despite this, I was charged $55 every month and only discovered it after more than $350 had been taken. The alleged sign-up happened during an extremely difficult period when I had broken my leg, was taking significant pain medication and had recently been made redundant. There is absolutely no way I would knowingly have agreed to spend $55 a month on a service I neither understood nor used. When I contacted Skyfluence, I received an immediate response that appeared to be AI-generated. Instead of properly addressing the charges or my circumstances, it simply offered further free subscription periods—which I obviously do not want. I am appalled by both the way this subscription appears to have been set up and how my complaint has been handled, particularly given my circumstances and financial situation. I can also see numerous reviews online from people describing very similar experiences. Please be extremely cautious and check your bank statements carefully.
