Medical emergency, customer service was EXTREMELY Helpful kind and courteous Question though? In my first booking I paid for my seating, when I had to reschedule the flight I did not get the seats I paid for, yet paid an extra $300.00+ for the flight change, do I get refunded for that or do I just suck it up. Other than that all was Great
