5/5 Stars
5/5 Stars – Highly Recommend William and 1Up Air Solutions Inc! Our central AC broke down on a Thursday night during a 100°F Fort Worth heatwave. William from 1Up Air Solutions Inc arrived within two hours and quickly found the issues. While waiting five days for the main Trane parts to arrive, he kept us updated daily. To survive the wait, we put window units in the bedrooms so I could work from home, while our living room hit a brutal 90°F. The real lifesaver moment came with the plastic cover for motor and blower. The new manufacturer replacement was backordered for 5 weeks until September. Instead of leaving us without central AC for over a month, William safely reused our existing covers. This brilliant workaround got our system running immediately and saved us $370 on the spot! He never tried to upsell us and even gave us great DIY maintenance tips. William is an honest, reliable, and highly skilled technician who truly cares about helping families. If you want a trustworthy service at a very reasonable price, call 1Up Air Solutions Inc immediately!
