Outstanding support
Here is a company that truly stands behind it's products. I love my Fender Mustang LT25 guitar amp, it's my go amp for practice. But after owning it for a year it developed a loud hum. I emailed tech support and got Mark B on the case. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He walked me through some simple stuff and we determined that there was a defect. He immediately shipped me a new one that arrived in just a few days. I can't adequately express how simple the process was. I own a few Fender products and look forward to getting more.
