After 4–5 months of waiting for broken…
After 4–5 months of waiting for broken parts and an absolute mountain of back and forth with customer service, getting absolutely nowhere, I finally got through to Hanna. She chased up my order, sorted everything out, and somehow managed to get me a replacement item that I’d been waiting 5 months for… in just 2 days! Honestly, I wish I’d spoken to Hanna from the start. Huge thank you to her for actually getting things sorted! Let’s hope I actually receive the item now.
