Battery solid -- UI needs polish
I wanted to wait to rate the product until I had a few months experience with it. As far as delivering power and recharging reliably, I haven't had a single issue. As far as the utility interfaces, I still find portions of the app unintuitive/unwieldy (e.g., the meaning and use of the charging and discharging "buttons," and the occasional error screen with nothing but Chinese type on it). I also find the Bluetooth to be very underpowered compared to other systems in my RV (the app will connect only from the room immediately adjacent to the battery).The customer service people are nice, but don't always understand your questions or may give unhelpful answers. But ask me if I would buy another one of these and right now I'd have to say yes.
