Ordered sway bar links for my Mercedes Benz GLA 250. According to their website, they’re OEM parts. However, once received, they are in fact aftermarket parts. I called and spoke to a representative who didn’t even know what “ corporate offices “ are. Then suddenly, he’s a supervisor. I emailed him a screenshot of what they offer online, vs what they actually sent to me. All of the sudden, their pictures are “ just for reference “. I then told him that there should be a legal disclaimer “ if that’s the case. I’m now contacting the state attorney and filing a bait and switch, false advertising claims.
