What made my experience great, was my agent, Diane Martin, who over several days, and literally hours on the phone, helped me feel like a human being and not a product. She was there for me, answered all my questions, no matter how stupid they may have been and helped me reach a goal that will be beneficial towards me and my situation in the long term. Even after my business technically ended with Symple Lending, she has offered continued support with any issues I may encounter in the future. You guys made a good choice allowing her to be a part of your team, honestly if not for her support and humanity, I would not have continued exploring your company's services.
