If there was a way to give negative stars I definitely would. Bar far the worst service I have ever used. Told me I needed to wait for my debit card to be verified and could take up to 24 hours. The reason being they needed to make sure I was the owner of the account. Which I could understand if they didn’t instantly debit my card for there membership fee. They obviously didn’t care who owned the account then . 36 hours later they tell me I need to send them a PDF of my bank statement showing the membership fee was drawn from my Chase account . They have the money , they know where it came from . But now , all of the sudden , there are security measures they have to take to make sure the account is valid to send me money. It wasn’t thousands or even hundreds. It was $50 which after they charged you $3.99 you are really only getting $46.01 . There is a cost for the help , not a problem . But if you go through all that for $50 you must be in a situation of urgency. 2 or 3 days later you still have to prove who you are. Sounds like a scam operation to me. Now reading they had fake reviews. Not Surprised at all . Horrible experience .
