Paid for a subscription
Paid for a subscription, used the app for a week, made real connections, then got hit with a biometric verification requirement to keep access. That should have been disclosed before taking my money. I won’t be renewing. Update: Taimi’s response confirms that users are “eventually required” to verify, which is exactly the problem. They took my money first, then locked me out of everything until I complied. By then, some conversations had developed beyond sexual connections into the beginnings of genuine friendships and mutual support. Using access to those relationships as leverage for an undisclosed verification requirement is disgusting. Keep the policy. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
