Can be better!
While the process of renting the phone and delivery of the phone is efficient, what I don't like is the constant need of logging into the website (no mobile app) to check and there should be an option for us to to pay our monthly payment earlier to avoid the worst thing from happening. Even after the payment is done, there is no email notification to verify and I have to check it myself on the website to ensure there is no problem. If the company can issue a reminder of the payment, surely they can send out another email once the payment is successfully made. Lastly, I left a comment on the company's facebook page and I was shocked that it was deleted. Overall, I give this company a rating of 3.
