Completely predatory practices. I logged into the system when my parcel was delivered to my “locker”; saw a number of options for repackaging and all of that kind of thing which are fantastic. On the basis of the quote provided, elected not to pay extra to make any changes to the standard delivery process. Only for the quote to be changed after such time by a very significant amount, with the charge to my account then getting close to doubling the original amount. Utterly predatory, unconscionable conduct.
