I used to recommend the company Fridays, as everything seemed fine at first. However, their customer service is terrible. I helped my sister choose the GLP-1 program with Wegovy pills, and we paid for a three-month membership in advance. On July 7, 2026, they sent the first bottle of pills, but when it was time to order the refill, they refused to send it, claiming that the pills were not included in the membership. This doesn't make sense to me. I got tired of calling them, and they just keep saying that the $400 I paid for the three months is only for the membership. I want to warn people to be very careful because this company, Fridays, is not as honest as it seems. Read the terms carefully, especially regarding what exactly is included in the membership. I did everything over the phone with a representative guiding me, and now they claim I owe $199 for the bottle of pills, which was never mentioned at the beginning. Be alert, as they start charging payments automatically a week before they are due. They deducted payments from my account twice without warning. I do not recommend this company, Fridays.
