Got told I could check in at time of call but could not
Asked for checkin at time of call was told. Was able to and when I got there I was told there was no rooms until my reservation at 3pm it was very inconvenient with 2 kids that had been in the car for 15 plus hours the staff at the hotel was great and very apologetic about not having any rooms and tried to make it right by calling other places
