Excellent experience
I have purchased from Goose Creek several times before and was surprised when one of my 3 wick candles was damaged. I sent an email to customer service and received a response almost immediately. I was instructed to send a photo of the damaged item then a very friendly rep told me they were sorry for the inconvenience and offered me 3 ways to rectify. I was offered to replace the exact item, receive a refund or select a different candle. My replacement arrived shortly afterwards. I then received follow-up emails to make sure I received the new candle. The customer service is excellent, the candles are excellent, Goose Creek is an excellent company.
