Horrible experience
At the beginning, everything went smooth. But then I received an email that are direct. Flights have been changed to connecting flights. This quickly became a nightmare since we are traveling with four children. Now we have to pay for seats on four different flights. They stated the airline made the change. When I called the airline to ask about the change. They stated the travel agency has my reservation blocked and they are unable to make any changes.
