I ordered an MP5K Gel Blaster from LKCJ and had it shipped to Japan. Unfortunately, the first unit I received had an issue with the Full Auto mode. I contacted LKCJ and sent them a video showing the problem. Their customer service team responded kindly and offered to send me a replacement MP5K. They also provided me with a tracking number, and the replacement arrived safely in Japan. I tested the replacement, and everything works perfectly, including the Full Auto mode. I really appreciate how LKCJ handled the issue and stood behind their product. Problems can sometimes happen with any product, but what matters to me is how the seller responds when something goes wrong. In this case, LKCJ provided excellent support and resolved the issue properly. Thank you very much to the LKCJ support team. I would be happy to purchase from them again in the future.
